7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kellavorn Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amounts paid by you (if any) for platform access in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
